China is the biggest manufacturer of fastener in world , eg . Screws , Nuts and bolts etc., EU decided to impose anti-dumping duty  from 26.5% to 85% upon fastener which made in China in 2009 year . WTO appeal body announced judgement report for that 15th July ,2011 year and affirmed Clause No.9(5) regarding sole tax ratio regulation in << Anti-dumping Basic Regulations >> from EU was on the contrary with WTO regulations ; at same time , Appeal body subverted the part  verdicts of EU experts ,and support China's standpoints .
